👋 About me

Hi! I’m a software product manager with a serious love for cooking and baking.

By day, I work on building products, writing specs, and managing sprints — but by night (and most weekends), you’ll find me in the kitchen, whisk in hand, experimenting with something new. I’ve always loved the creative challenge of taking a recipe and adding my own twist — adjusting flavours, testing techniques, and finding that sweet spot where it all just works.

🍰 Why Kitchen patch notes

In the software world, patch notes are how we share updates and improvements — version by version. In my kitchen, it’s much the same. Every time I bake, I tweak something, adjust a step, or discover a better way to do it. This blog is my version history — a space to share my “release notes” for recipes that evolve with each attempt.

Over the years, my friends, family, and neighbours have often asked for my recipes. The problem? I never had them written down — because so much happens in the moment, while cooking. So I started this blog to finally document those experiments, tips, and happy accidents, all in one place.

🧁 What you’ll find here

  • Recipes I’ve adapted (and improved) from all over the internet
  • Practical tips and techniques that make baking a little easier
  • Occasional stories from my kitchen — the successes, the flops, and the fun in between

Our home is always full on the weekends — friends dropping by, laughter filling the air, and something warm coming out of the oven. I hope this blog feels like an extension of that: casual, inviting, and just a bit experimental.

Thanks for visiting Kitchen Patch Notes — where every bake is a new version release.
